What your Manchester team gets
Most team building in Manchester asks colleagues to compete. A singalong asks them to make something together instead — and almost everybody leaves humming it.
Meet John and JoteJohn and Jote play with you, not off a speaker — the music lifts as the room joins in.
Well-known favourites chosen for the group, so nobody is handed lyrics they have never heard.
Instruments, small PA and encouragement arrive with the duo. You book the room, we bring the noise.
Nobody is singled out. Hesitant voices are welcomed in and quietly folded into the sound.
Pick your tempo

The sweet spot for departmental get-togethers, Friday finishers and client thank-yous.
Time to build parts, try harmonies and finish with a genuine team performance.

Where we work
John is a Manchester singer-songwriter who runs nine community singing groups in the region, and Jote trained at the city’s Royal Northern College of Music. We are already local — no travel-day logistics, no overnight stay to justify.
Offices, hotel ballrooms, conference suites, studios and away-day venues — if colleagues can stand in a loose circle, we can make a noise in it.
A local alternative
Manchester is full of good team days out — escape rooms, quiz nights, puzzle experiences and the like. They are fun, and most teams split into small groups, do their own thing, and go home.
A singalong is the opposite shape: the whole room does one thing at once, with live musicians leading it. Nobody waits for a turn, nobody is left out, and the memory is shared rather than scattered.
Research on group singing points to the same things team managers hope for — people feeling closer, calmer and more positive afterwards. We keep the claims honest and link the studies.
